Goal: 

• The install-rdo section of the upstream documentation should enable users to use the RDO built packages to install Aetos. https://docs.openstack.org/aetos/latest/install/install-rdo.html 
• Goal is to adjust and test that section of documentation once we have the packages available in RDO
