Goal: 

We don't want to make the whole CI fail if there's a problem in os-must-gather.

We wan't to try-except the _process_data method for not failing the whole CI if we face following error:

 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0x8b in position 1: invalid start byte

Acceptance Criteria:

We want to run uni04delta-ipv6-base without having that issue.
