We support the nova API to provision baremetal, so when ironic is deployed, nova-operator needs to deploy a compute service which is configured with the ironic virt driver.

This will likely require changes to openstack-operator and nova-operator.

This Jira is a work item for us to verify the working nova pod manages ironic resources.
