Summary:

• Review the 17.1 FFU guide and identify where we currently have procedural steps in the prerequisites of each procedures.
• Decide where to place the procedures in Chapter 1
• Take note of which procedures I am extracting the steps from, as I'll need to link to the new procedure in Chapter 1 later.

Goal:

• Identify which prerequisite procedures can be moved to the Planning chapter and decide how to structure the Planning chapter with the new content. E.g., split the planning chapter into reference material  that customers should read vs. procedures that customers need to perform.
