.IPv6 export locations can be used with Shared File Systems service shares that have a CephFS-NFS back end

In previous versions of Red Hat Ceph Storage (RHCS), IPv6 export locations could not be used with Shared File Systems service (manila) shares that had a CephFS-NFS back end. This issue with the IPv6 data path to CephFS-NFS is resolved in the current versions of RHCS 7.x and 8.x.

We're aware of an issue with Ceph that prevents using IPv6 export locations with Manila shares backed by Ceph/NFS: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHCEPH-10999

Until this bug is resolved, we should have a "known-issue" note added in the Adoption Guide.
