In the 16.2 and 17.1 versions of the upgrade, update, and deployment guides, remove references to TUS, specifically:

In the Repository adjustments section in all guides, remove TUS list.
In the 17.1 Overcloud repositories section, replace the HA TUS repo with the HA AUS repo.
In the 17.1 Planning for a Compute node upgrade section, replace TUS with AUS.
