      Goal: 

      As a developer making changes to ironic-operator, there are a few places to look at to verify that everything is working as expected. The aim of this ticket is to create documentation or a checklist of necessary locations a developer should take a look at when making a change. This will also help in case someone new joins the team or someone unfamiliar with ironic-operator makes a change to it.
