• Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.2 Extended Lifecycle and Repository Transition - Executive Summary
• To prevent similar issues, Red Hat will implement several corrective actions:
• Improve our internal processes (to avoid delays in package availability)
• Enhance our integration environment to utilize AUS repositories for earlier testing, ensuring that regression testing is completed before SKU transitions.
• Resolve internal employee SKU access issues to allow repository testing by its field teams. 
• Provide proactive notifications about upcoming repository changes.
• Publish details including dates, repository names and required changes at product launch, or as soon as possible.

• Explore shipping only AUS (has commercial impact)
• Suggest we utilize the release initiative approach or similar to surface the work and prioritize - but this is broader than RHOS (RHEL, Sustaining, etc)
• AI: Denise create a task on the TRAC board to help brainstorm what needs to be done and what action items need to be created (ie release initiative, product page milestones, etc).
