The rdoproject.org/github-check job which is run in test-operator is failing on horizon tests.
The error is quite long, so the short form looks like this:

For details on the error, you can check any test-operator PR, one specific is here [1].
It is speculated that the cause is a recent change in Horizon [2].
Note that until we fix this bug we cannot merge any test-operator changes.
