[LM] Show burn down of top priority items in PgM call weekly and understand if we're on track.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Investigate EasyBI for burndown charts/roadmap/etc to determine which is the best for OpenStack
• Document the process for using EasyBI for OpenStack on confluence
• Show burndown during weekly program meeting (if decision to use EasyBI)
