Goal:
- To provide possibility to user to enable notification consumption for user in watcher-operator
Acceptance Criteria:
- The watcher-operator is able to set Watcher to consume notifications
Open questions:
- Currently openstack-operator does not have possibility to enable the notification production and consumption broadly through all OpenStack services. It depends on timing if the implementation part for openstack-operator should be part of this Epic
