Glance per-tenant quota doc have some rooms to improve.

1. The unit of image_count_total and image_count_uploading is not Bytes unit. It just the number because those parameter described the number of images for each purpose.
2. The default values for image_count_total and image_count_uploading are 0.
3. The examples of openstack registered limit command assumes the non-existing cloud config, --os-cloud devstack-system-admin. In openstackclient pod, the default OS_CLOUD value is default. devstack-system-admin is not defined anywhere in doc.
