In the update documentation we have

1.2. Known issues Copy linkReview the following known issues that might affect a successful update:

Update to FR2 needs a new steps in the update documentation.

This is misleading as we still have to apply that procedure if we update from pre-fr2 version to FR3.  Here it sounds that this apply only if we update to FR2.

The critical condition is to be on a pre-FR2 version.  For reference here is the official mapping of the versions https://spaces.redhat.com/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=PRODCHAIN&title=OSP+18.0+Operator+Version+Mappings

So FR2 is also called v1.0.7 for the operator and 18.0.6 for RHOSO.
