• There as an openstack-cloudkitty-processor rpm built and stored downstream
• This tcib PR can be reintroduced in Epoxy branch and work successfully: https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/tcib/pull/293

The upstream rpm based on master is https://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos10-master/component/common/current/openstack-cloudkitty-processor-22.1.0-0.20250627214728.e19c759.el10.noarch.rpm
