Bug impact

• Current our documentation listed related parameters. However, there is a parameter which is not configured with openstack command.

If I understand correctly, image_size_cap parameter is a config option in glance.
So, we should add the description that image_size_cap needs to be configured through customServiceConfig in glance.

So, we should add the following sentences in the current section.
1. image_size_cap is glance config
2. How to configure image_size_cap via customServiceConfig in glance.
