Summary:

• We need to validate that in lib-common that we have stable condition messages. 

Goal:

• Review lib-common and determine if there are dynamic condition messages and then identify those that exist for future task creation. If there are none, then nothing to scope out.

TimeBox:

• 1 day

Deliverables/Outcomes:

• If there are dynamic condition messages identified in lib-common, then scope out tasks for each of the areas so that we can refine those into items for future sprints.
• If there no dynamic messages then the epic can be closed as not a bug.
