We need to create a RHOSO adoption job that tests adoption from RHOSP 17.1 to RHOSO 18.0 when BGP is configured at controlplane.
Uncertainties:
- current adoption jobs install tripleo using install_yamls and there is no support to do this with BGP - in tripleo BGP jobs, we install spines and leafs using a downstream repo (bgp-playbooks-templates) and install_yamls is an upstream project.
- number of nodes will probably need to be reduced because regular tripleo BGP jobs installs a big number of nodes, spines and leafs and regular RHOSO BGP jobs too. With adoption, the number of nodes running as VMs on a HV is even bigger and that can be problematic.
- we should test adoption with BGP at controlplane, but not at dataplane and we have no configurations/jobs like that.
