Goal: 

As an OpenStack Lightspeed developer, I want to eliminate the need to programmatically pass indexID and indexPath values to OLSConfig. Instead, I want to leverage the indexID auto-discovery feature to automatically retrieve the indexID from the image.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The OpenStack Lightspeed RAG image is compatible with the latest changes in OLS, allowing OLS to automatically discover the indexID.
• The code within the OpenStack Operator responsible for discovering the indexID by spawning the vector DB image is removed.

Notes:

• Both the acceptance criteria and goal can be slightly modified depending on how the indexID auto-discovery feature is implemented on the OLS side. Please refer to the depends-on ticket for details.
