After noticed that neutron-tempest-plugin change [1] broke whitebox-neutron-tempest-plugin, in the past we already started trigger of whitebox RDO job as check to prevent that, yet it missed this recent failure due to running only whitebox-neutron-tempest-plugin tests.

This change adds more tempest and neutron-tempest-plugin tests to avoid such regressions merging.
