Goal:

Update the HCI VA to no longer use a bridged interface on the control plane. Make any changes in tooling required to satisfy for the HCI VA update.

Acceptance Criteria:

• All applicable VAs/DTs have been changed to use a dedicated NIC without an encompassing bridge for the control plane.
• Component jobs have been tested with the changes and pass successfully.
• The VAs/DTs affected (uni jobs) have been successfully deployed with the new changes and tested with Tempest.
• CIFMW template changes have been landed as part of the delivery.
