Red Hat's Loki Operator creates a Loki instance that requires Kubernetes authentication to log in. The telemetry-operator must configure the appropiate rbac objects (cluster-role, serviceaccount, clusterrolebinding, etc...) to give a CloudKitty serviceaccount enough permissions to write and read from Loki API.
