Brew build has not picked up new changes since v0.1.0: https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/packageinfo?packageID=87210

Expected behavior

Build for v0.3.0 is available in Brew for FR3

Bug impact

Latest changes include support for High-Availability as well as changes to some of the role variables. This affects the ability to deliver https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSPRH-3172 in FR3
