Around 5 tests below tests are getting for both ISCSI and FC protocol. The failures are related to cleanup operations. Error details: when delete request is raised an exception occurs as "cinder.exception.VolumeBackendAPIException: Cannot delete device "---" as it is currently a linked target of snapshot"
