Goal: 

We have various kind of jobs: uni jobs, kuttl, edpm, architecture, components, etc. We should create a comparison matrix, where we will describe:

• What components in which jobs are tested
• If the CI job is related to other job to be executed before (for example, to run component-cinder-edpm-rhel9-rhoso18.0-crc-nfs it is required to create dependency to component-cinder-tcib-rhel9-rhoso18.0-local that will set important facts)
• What is the main goal of the CI job
• How logs are proceeded
• In the table, it should also include information what job is using what component.
  • For example, if we want to modify the ceph or nfs playbook, we should be aware what CI jobs (or main CI jobs) are using those components
    etc.
• Add information what team is responsible for what type of jobs.
