Goal: 

• As a writer, I want to review the engineer's notes on the OpenStack/RHEL separation procedure and create a draft for review.

Acceptance Criteria:

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Draft of KCS is written (maybe in Gdoc because it's easier to make comments)
• Draft of module to be placed in minor update guide is written
