We have a newly deployed RHOSO environment using pre-provisioned nodes. However, the ovn_controller is marked as unhealthy because it cannot connect to the ovsdbserver service in OpenShift. It attempts to connect via the headless service, but it appears that ovn_controller does not support headless service connections.

Here is a relevant log snippet from the ovn_controller:

2025-06-20T02:28:22Z|07698|stream_ssl|ERR|ssl:ovsdbserver-sb.openstack.svc:6642: connect: Address family not supported by protocol

Is there a way to change the address ovsdbserver-sb.openstack.svc:6642 used in the configuration?
