.Compute instance with ISO image boots correctly
Previously, a Compute instance with an ISO image booted via a block device instead of CD-ROM. This prevented the RHEL Kickstart installation from initiating from the CD-ROM.
With this bug fix, Compute boots the instance from the ISO image correctly and via CD-ROM.

Upstream whitebox tempest plugin has the new test case ('test_boot_server_from_iso_image') which can be run part of whitebox tempest plugin run. This new test case is running part of compute jobs:

In present RHOSO releases when an instance booted with ISO image, it boots the instance via block device and not as CDROM. This prevents any RHEL kickstart to start from CDROM and also the added volume is assigned name as "/sdb".
