To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use the latest build of the openstack-lightspeed/rag-content image.
2. Use it as a vector DB for OLS.
3. Ask OpenStack related question to retrieve OpenStack chunk from the vector DB. E.g.,: "What is nova in OpenStack?"
4. Click on the link in the chat, and you'll get: "Page Not Found".

Expected behavior

• When I click on the link, I'm taken to the documentation.
