Summary:

• As a telemetry-operator user, I would like to create alerts for my RHOSO deployment. It would be useful to have some examples on how to create those alerts. I would like to see the alerts I created in a dashboard and/or forward them to an external notification system. We need to investigate what interfaces are available and how they can be used to allow for this.
• Most RHOSO users have familiarity with Alertmanager, so leveraging this tool is key
• Some RHOSO users are previous STF users, so they expect to have a similar experience with telemetry-operator alert management.

Goal:

• Define a procedure that can be used by a telemetry-operator user to create and consume alerts.

• Create trackers for creating documentation and/or updating the code to provide this functionality
