Goal: 

• As a writer I need to change EUS repos to EEUS repos and ensure that the "Repository adjustments" module is relevant for 17.1.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Change all -eus-rpms repositories to -e4s-rpms. 
• Change the following repositories to aus-rpms:
  • rhel-8-for-x86_64-baseos-tus-rpms
  • rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-tus-rpms
  • Do NOT change rhel-8-for-x86_64-highavailability-tus-rpms
• Create merge request and send to stakeholders for review.
