As a cloud operator I will benefit from Horizon applying filter against strategies when certain goal is selected. Since Goal field is mandatory, then after its selection only relevant strategies should be available.

For example, after selecting goal named "Server Consolidation" it will be good to show only related strategies when choosing them from pop-up.
