Cloud operators create audits and start action plans. After audit is created or action plan is started via Web UI interface, they will probably expect same behavior they see for other OpenStack resources like instances, volumes, etc. In other words that status will be changed dynamically after triggered operation will be completed.

Currently, a page refresh is needed to update the status of triggered operation.
