Hello,
When attempting to create a Watcher audit from an OpenStack client container  without arguments.

sh-5.1$ openstack optimize audit create
The following error occurs:
'UnsetType' object has no attribute 'translate' (HTTP 500)

A clear user-facing  message should be returned if required arguments are missing.
