The json template for ceilometer compute exist in  both the telemetry-operator https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/telemetry-operator/blob/main/templates/ceilometercompute/config/ceilometer_agent_compute.json
 
And also in edpm-ansible https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/edpm-ansible/blob/main/roles/edpm_telemetry/templates/ceilometer_agent_compute.json.j2 
that need clarification and cleanup the unnecessary files .
