Goal:
When integrating watcher-operator into the top-level openstack-operator, watcher will be deployed via OpenStackControlPlane by creating a Watcher CR.
This requires integrating watcher into the openstack-operator.
For reference:
This will follow the same implementation pattern as other 2nd level openstack operators.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Watcher deployment jobs are executed using OpenStackControlPlane instead of standalone Watcher CR.
