Goal: 

• Replace the current chromium+selenium implementation with one using packages already in RHEL
• Specifically it is proposed that Firefox is the browser and the automation is provided by a firefox extension which is enabled during container startup

Acceptance Criteria:

• No regressions in the existing supported graphical consoles (specifically iDRAC, iLO)
• A downstream container can be built using available RHEL packages
