Goal: 

• As a writer, I want to complete a full draft of the "enabling kpatch" procedure in a Google doc so that engineers, peers, and QE can review it and add comments.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Complete draft of procedure that describes how to enable kpatch
• Procedure includes verification steps
• Procedure includes link to RHEL kpatch docs
• Procedure includes something similar to the following note: The kpatch service cannot be disabled via EDPM but we can switch the kpatch param to "false" to return to the normal way of updating kernel.
