Goal: 

• Formalize end game activities for each release

Acceptance Criteria:

• Create end game release process on confluence page
• Build out template to automatically add epic under the release initiative (ie https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHOSSTRAT-521)  for the tasks
• End game tasks:
  • Close the release in Jira
  • Send out email notification to openstack-program and rhos-announce
  • Review/nag about open issues in released fixversion
  •  Update product pages (if necessary)
