• Improve tracking, reporting and cleaning of general hygiene issues including
  • No Team assigned
  • Critical Gaps
  • Open Issues in closed releases
  • Untriaged bugs

Acceptance Criteria:

• Hygiene is being actively tracked/reported in a program level call
• Active hygiene issues are trending toward 0 on a week-to-week basis.
