Discovered during testing on testprojectMR#904 for the XML reporting.
- RHOSO-12661=failed openstack-observability.verify_orchestration_scaled_up_instances reported as failed in test_run_results.out
- Latest polarion reports RHOSO-12707 - Verify that ceilometer_cpu metric exist as failed (also reported as failed in the XML)
This failure needs to be investigated.
The task statuses are disagreeing when there is a difference between the tasks marked with TEST (for XML) and with RHOSP/UI/RHOSO (custom_logger).
