      Goal:

      Design and develop a new panel for showing usage information for the resources in a specific tenant

      Acceptance Criteria:

      The scope of this epic is limited to understanding the alternatives and what is needed to deliver a new panel to display usage information in OpenStack Horizon

      Open questions:

      • What technologies can be used for this? Currently Horizon uses d3.js to display diagrams for resource utilization retrieved by Nova
      • How much information to persist? How to access archived information?
