Goal: 

The default installation of watcher operator is suggested to be installed on openstack namespace, but the correct one should be openstack-operators

Acceptance Criteria:

If default namespace is selected, install is disabled, as that is not a valid namespace, but when selecting the valid one (openstack-operators), console shows a warning message, that could be confusing
