      Goal:

      • Heat Operator should expose via the API a method to configure the DB Purge cronjobs that are present in other services.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Users should be able to configure `spec.dbPurge` settings consistent with other OpenStack Services in the project:

      Considerations:

      • We can't make this a required field, since that will break updates. Keep it as optional as referenced in the glance-operator
