In the RHOSO 18.0 FR 2 Release Notes, there are two instances of:

Multiple Load-balancing service VIP addresses from same network 

The second instance, points to OSPRH-14822. This instance should be removed, because it points to the version of the feature for GA, and is still open: RHOSSTRAT-553.
