Goal:
We need to test changes to Aetos together with telemetry (so we need to execute telemetry jobs) as well as with watcher (so we need to execute some watcher job as well). We should also execute the basic py3x and pep8 jobs with tox
Acceptance Criteria:
- CI in configured to execute telemetry, watcher and unit tests
