A custom graphical console driver is required for ironic-operator. Since it is so tightly coupled to ironic-operator it may make sense to host that python within ironic-operator. This story tracks coming up with a pattern for doing this.

The only alternative would be a whole new project which is packaged as an RPM and included in the ironic-conductor image, which seems very heavy-weight for a single file driver.
