Currently the only console container driver uses systemd containers, and it is only suitable for deployment tools such as bifrost and devstack.

This story will track writing a console container driver which integrates with ironic-controller, giving it the information required to start and stop the required console containers.

Goal:

• Understand the mechanism and pattern to signal to k8s when to inject the container with runtime credentials. The pattern for reading and using that file is already well understood upstream.
