      After OSPRH-5504 has been implemented, BGP is supported at controlplane.

      When the new feature was documented, configuration of L2Advertisement was wrongly included. It is not necessary when BGP is used at controlplane and has to be removed from the docs.

      It has been removed from the configuration used in BGP CI jobs with this PR:
      https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/architecture/pull/522
