      I am writing to kindly request the latest Red Hat RHOSO 18.0 base image to address the security vulnerabilities associated with our OpenStack Cinder Volume Container image. Currently, we are utilizing the following base for our Cinder image:

      registry.redhat.io/rhoso/openstack-cinder-volume-rhel9:18.0.0

      Additionally, could you please confirm whether the Health Index score will impede the vendor’s ability to publish the Cinder image?
