Goal:

• When a user specifies a custom log file, the permissions should be fixed such that the Apache user is able to write to them.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users should be able to define a custom log file via the `customServiceConfig` parameter, like described in:  https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSPRH-9336
• The file should be writable

Open questions:

• Do we need to overhaul how the Apache and container permissions relationship is implemented entirely? We currently launch the container itself with UID 0 permissions, but Apache runs as the Apache user.
